fix windows files

1. start CMD or PowerShell in admin mode
2. type or past
   • sfc /scannow 
3. restart pc
4. regardless if it fixes stuff, then do
   • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
5. when its done restart
6. then do
   •  sfc /scannow
7. again
8. then restart
9. and boom all of your corrupt files should be fixed
10. u could do 
    • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
11. again and restart but that's up to you
