change another users  passwd without knowing it

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. open cmd as admin by searching it in the search bar then clicking run as administrator

                  1. paste this command into  the terminal

               2. net user [username] [new password]

                  • replace username with the users username

                  • and new password with your preferred password
